I'm always so disappointed in the hosts of these shows (radio and TV) because instead of actually caring about their guests they instigate more dysfunction in society. Men SHOULD be affectionate with each other. Toxic masculine ideals are just as unhealthy for men as toxic feminine ideals are for women! When you have people on your show with such positive influence on society, and you are the catalyst for that message, you should NOT make fun of them with archaic "jokes" or criticism. You can even see how uncomfortable the girls are in that radio scene because of what the host is doing. Shame on him (and the rest of the hosts that disrespect their guests) for how they behave when they have the means to shape a MUCH more positive environment and community. And good for the guests who stand up for themselves and say the things anyway even though they know there will be a backlash.
