I really hope their happiness that was shown is genuine bc I watched the video you linked first and got sad. Thank you for analysis. But little remark - Namsan hotel is probably situated near Namsan tower - popular tourist sightseeing area in Seoul. So Taekook could go to Namsan tower just for walk and eat at the open cafe of this hotel after/before sightseeing without staying at night.

Now imagine people assuming that assumption are insulting, when they might be right? A lot of people clam up because people assume that orientation is critical, and demand to be accurate. But that's not true. If people were more lenient, even if it's false, then those who are truly part of the LGBT community wouldn't hesitate to openly confirm.
