This is more of my Kickboxing techniques but i have put a bit of flash techniques in there (540s, etc). It depends on what you are training for and what commitments in your life you have. When I got into my training and had no commitments, I trained about 3-4 hours 5 days a week. Now I'm lucky if i can do 2 or 3 with my busy schedule and family commitments. Hope that helps :)

A good degree of flexibility certainly helps when you are kicking above the waist and makes transitions and movements a lot easier to do :)
