@@victorcairel2483 no. it depends on which one you're in. in ATA the first degree black belt has 81 moves. This form is less than 81 moves.

Sorry, these poomsae kicks just look like leg raises. The routines are very well done and the athletes are obviously very skilled but it seems you score more for getting your leg high than performing a convincing kick.

Honey you don't even know what you're talking about. This is poomsae, not kyorugi. Poomsae is main focus on the forms, technique and control, not damage. Kyorugi is main focus on damage and strength. If you're going to critique the technique of some really advanced and talented taekwondist, at least know how the martial art works.
