A leader..who takes care of her members with their knowing or not...who shows her love and worry behind their backs. I can see why Taeyeon is always there in group activities..in sub units. Not just because of her voice..but because of just staying. She decides and always lets the members rely on her. She is very vulnerable and weak in the inside but never shows it. She doesnt want to be a burden. There are times where she wanted to quit being a leader but in the end stayed and is always there to support the members ' individual/group activities. She probably had a lot of offers to debut as a solo artist but chose not to and so gave her voice, blood, sweat and tears for the group until she knew it was time. I also noticed in the beginning of the group's debut, everyone was lacking confidence and i can see taeyeon endured and stepped up when she needed to until over the years the members are starting to be confident which resulted to their peak in their career maybe that was when taeyeon felt it was time to explore being a solo and ofcourse still be in the group. Her loyalty to her members is unbreakable Everyone in SNSD exist because each of them has a role that keeps the group together. They have similarities but they also have differences that attracts in the group. For example, they all have different birthdays and hometowns where they started with nothing. Everyone is very much needed. Like Taeyeon said, no one will understand.. if they are not SNSD.

Taeyeon unnie really endure it well till today, even it is hurting her inside....she took all of blame for the things she didnt do & always keep it herself....she always show us & snsd's member stronger side of her, taeyeon always support, caring and protect her member behind their back. She had sacrifice a lot of things for her group member..Taeng always there when her member need her the most, she just staying for them like you said. Im very thankful for what snsd had achieved & Taeyeon as the leader.💕 That why other members really really love & protective againts taeyeon unnie recently since 2014 where taeng at peak (dating +jess ) bcoz they know taeng is really fragile inside but always act stronger for them in old days. Dispite all rumor & haters going to bring taeyeon and snsd at that time...her members & loyal Sone who staying keep support and cheering for her❤ 💜Taeyeon is THAT one kind of leader, she always listen to her members first, lets them talk first, but at some point when she is needed then she will stepped up for her members... she always lets her member shine, same goes to members never outshine each other💜 Being a good leader isnt only about give a instruction or make your team follow you in every way & want everthing totally perfect. Its is more than that!! 💙 For sone who have been staying with SNSD for all this time, THANK YOU!! Despite everything that happened, and internal conflict between them and company (esp jess case) that we will never get the answer....here you staying, choose to trust & love and keep supporting them with all heart💙
