After all her international experiences over the years, I still can't tell how comfortable Taeyon is with English conversation, but she sings in English perfectly (Seohyun does too). One thing I'm sure of--Taeyon is fluent in "Tiffany-speak"---"you tube is my BESTfriend!"---"Oh my GOSH!" and the classic "Come-ON, Yurrri-aaah!" . It never gets old!
