A easy but kinda expensive way to get a fruit wine in Vernwerth Find a kid named sven in the market square and buy and certain object for him from the vendor he stands at. After that youll meet him everyday at the water fountain and talk to him. He'll give you a different gift each time (really nice stuff,ill let yall see for yourself). During this time i had bought the 20000 dollar house and he put fruit wine as a gift hangin outside my door!!!

If any of you are confused on how to actually use two different weapons and or more, you have to use the scroll that the maister gave you (the drunk). The scroll will unlock an ability called rearmament which will now allow you to equip more than one weapon at a time while using the class. You will have to equip rearmament as it is a weapon skill in one of your skill slots.

For people who want to do this early game and also get some mid - late game chests, get thief and level it until you get shadow veil (or the skill before it). The skill makes you ALMOST invisible at the cost of stamina and could loot most of the chests along the way without any problem.

lol best part of Warfarer is it builds exp for ALL unlock vocations slowly....leveling them all up whether you are using them or not. It also seems to level the one where you have a weapon equipped a little more. AND you don't need to learn rearmament and lose a skill. You can just change to any weapon in your inventory.

"Outside Higgs’s Tavern, to the left of the entrance, is a small fenced area and two bags. You first want to put on a Beastren Mask if you are human, because the shop only lets in Beastren. If you haven’t obtained a mask already, they can be purchased at Ibrahim’s Scrap Shop at the Checkpoint Rest Town. While wearing the mask pick up one of the bags with R2/RT and drop it into the fenced area." Let's just say I learned it the hard way and got myself in Jail due to not wearing a mask and as a human 🤪

Not sure if youve included this in a video yet tag, havent heard it yet, but enhancing gear tips would be a really good idea. Verund is where you want to enhance gear for an even split of stats, elf village if you want to level magick defense and magick attack, while bakbahhtal is for strength and physical defense!

a nice perk of warfarer is the fact it can equip any gear. so even if you dont care for weapon swapping, you can basically just make a sorcerer decked out in heavy armor. or a warrior in more magick defense centered outfit as that usually hits you far harder than physical damage. it's fcking awesome. granted the stat boost from the vocation wouldnt be as strong but considering a LOT of your stats come from gear anyway, that shouldnt be an issue here. plus apparently max level is 999. chances are nothing lives once you get in the 100's anyway.

All I can say is good luck to anyone trying to do this very early in game. I did half of this route just to unlock trickster when I was level 11 and it was brutal.

If you manage to anger the newt liquor merchant in Bhataal, for example if you try to move his sacks as a human (he'll sic the guards on you) you can wait and return to his shop and go to the upstairs room, he'll be there and sell to you like normal, beastren mask or not.

I swear getting through battahl at a low was a living hell😂

took me a good 5 hours when i got it in the early hours of this morning. I didn't get the newt wine first and therefore had to go back to battahl to get them and run back

7:38 I picked it up, placed to the spot and the the beastren was angry and made whole the town hunt my ass instead of inviting me to the tavern.

I found a way to Bypass Drabnir's grotto: If you go to the coastline outside of Bakbattahl and wait a griffon will eventually show up climb it and ride it. When riding it it will fly over the bridge just north of the Windwalker's home.

For those who want to use that sneak in method. Wait for the ox cart at the checkpoint town. Once it is there walk towards the bar and there is a bench on the right to the left of the staircase. Doze off on that bench. Get up and go look if the fancy one is there. If not doze off again and it should show up. If that didn't work do the ox cart wait again and you will get the fancy one guaranteed to show up. Have no idea how it works but you can replicate it at any time by doing that. Hope that helps!

PLEASE NOTE: There are NO Saurian Tails in that room in the research lab. There are only saurian SCALES, which are of exactly zero use for this. Something I wish I had known before spending 2 hours getting there on foot from Verworth! Secondly, I was a fully maxed Archer, level 25, when I set out with a party to match and I got my shit absolutely rocked along the way. This POS journey took me 2.5 real days to complete. It’s a nonstop goblin gangbang once you hit the road. Get ready for unrelenting fuckery from every single type of foe. Sometimes all at the same time. Also, unless you’ve have a beastren mask when you talk to the beastren outside of Higgs Tavern, you’re gonna get sucker punch by a huge mob when you pick up that bag. I respawned and the bags were gone and I was unable to buy any Newt Liquer from the tavern. Have fun!!

When I dropped the sack to the fenced area like you've mentioned I got arrested, lost all my stuff with both the newt liquors, and had to pay 44k for a bribe. Thanks a lot for that..

If you just stand at the gate after they shut it they will open it again, you can run right past the guards they will chase you and not be happy but you can do it that way to

Now I feel bad I made him walk the whole way to the spring 😭😭😭😭😭

Question if you don't mind me asking, what is the lowest level you recommend going for this on, and doing this doesn't mess up any side-quests or interactions, right? I'd hate to find out I glitched or messed up an interaction because I went too far ahead. I know some NPCs approach you with quests and they can, I believe, have time limits- I'm worried about that sort of thing!

Pro tip if you want you can have a forgey made of the newt liquor and it counts

For the Newt Liqueur, if you don't want to go through a proper odyssey to get those, just kidnap the gard upstairs at the tavern, go kill him somewhere quiet, and then the door will be open and you can buy the liqueur.😊

I’d suggest using the thief vocation with formless feint, it’ll help in the caves and even during the escort when you’re bombarded with enemies and your pawns are unalived, additionally the thief’s twin fangs finisher hold ability is clutch at taking care of staggered or off balance enemies with minimal effort- even with enemies of higher level.

I went for Magic Archer and Thief combo, Mostly Thief's Skull Splitter for the most damage up close and for Magic Archer I use Ricochet Hunter and Sagittate Avalanche. I melt bosses and kill anything really fast. and having the dodge from Thief is amazing too.

Use the quick step for thief to get thru the gates going to volcanic island so that u get to the camp sight first then set a port crystal there before you meet the old man. When it’s time to take him to the spring pick him up and use a ferry stone boom way easier

I got to Higgs Tavern stand but when u try talk to the npc he's not a vendor and the name of the place doesn't show on my map.

What I love about mystic is that you’re immune to damage for a few seconds. this is what helped me beat the final boss without dying.

Was buying the liquer patched? Every time i pick up the bag to move it an old guy yells for the gaurds, and they all attack me. (Updated: Wear a Beastren mask, and instead of calling the guards, he calls you a friend and escorts you inside)

Few things. Wayfarer doesn't get other classes ultimate skills. Weapon determines class skill and associated passives that come with said weapon when out. Wayfarer splits earned xp to all the other vocations. It has reduced stats compared to others.

I dont know if anyone has said this yet saw this on reddit or another video but you can get a free permit in vernworth when the pawn saids your being followed dont accept the bribe when catch them

There’s also a guy there named Earland. Human, long hair, tattoos. He will sell you one for 2k. Hes near the Flamebearer Palace Road 😊

Bro i went to put the bags in the cage thing and got 12 enemies on me and ive tried using the beastren mask but it doesnt work.

I just by a tiger mask for the vendor below in check point and a merchant permit besters or whatever and the guy let me pass lol whiout taking the long trip

Just to keep from getting jumped grab the mask form the vendor in the checkpoint town. That way when you move the bags everything goes smoothly.

Be nice to see the walkthrough of that damned cave lol Edit. I finally got through it after running it about 50 times because my pawns sacrificed themselves by knocking the support beams ontop of themselves and caused me to get killed everytime. Lol

You can also have the forger to make a copy of the Newt Liquor if you already have one... I was able to craft 2 and just had the forger make the 3rd

You can unlock mystic archer ontw to unlock warfarer if you stop at the hut that's right before the volcanic village and escort the dwarf to the hotsprings where the bum you need to see is

so...for some reason i don't have the rearmament skill. i must've obtained the class wrong? because i just talked to the guy in the post game after evacuating everyone and it unlocked the class for me.

Higs tavern doesn’t work for me…I picked up the hay stack and then dropped it & the guy called the guards and I got arrested…now the shop keeper just speaks a line of dialog and doesn’t open shop for me to buy anything….

For those who can’t buy at Higgs Tavern, you have to be a beastren to be invited after throwing a sack in the pen.

can someone help me pls, somehow when I tried to put the sack inside the pen so that I could buy the final liquor from the old man it didnt work, the old man would just say something like Im a thief and then other npcs would attack me. I tried sleeping until the other day but it didnt help

3:05 yeah I did this then I later found the east coast has one in the Guerco mountain pass. I was dumb because I camped as the fire and was gonna explore those woods but a drake was there and at the time I was way too weak.

There's more than just one way or two ways to get in there if you happen to walk past the opening card the opening gate with that Ox car going past you can run past with it and then if you happen to have a pork Crystal you can set it down and you can use a Fairy Stone to get across these aren't the only two ways to get across that he mentioned

Why are you all not using the other route that leads from the 1. area right into bakbattahl?? Isnt this way easier than walking through battahl itself?

Can anyone here help me how to get ryuka, this blasted npc in an area between vernworth and the starting area where you first fought the cyclops at the intro. I got him at night and i had to deal with skeletons just to be his bodyguard to this yellow marker to the east. Found out its blocked, the main road, and seems i need to detour to eastern forest. Thing is, im checking online how to get this man off my way by finishing its quest, however that place seems to be the nameless village that will be part of the main quest. Im not yet doing main quests since im grinding to max archer and thief first. Anyone can confirm if ryuka is indeed going to the nameless village and will i trigger some main quests if i get there before captain brant gives the quest? Thanks.

Can someone please tell me at what point in the early game can I get this vocation cause you can't unlock it as early as most of the guides say unless my game is bugged. The moment I got the quest to travel to Vernworth I set out to get these vocations I didn't go to the capital city of Vernworth or complete any of the quest. I made my way to Bakbattahl nothing happened no bar fight when I passed that bar, no bags outside the black market liquor dealer. Then I decided I'm going to look for the dwarf and his elven wife found them dude isn't suffering any back pains he's in great health. I thought maybe the passage of time would start them up, but nope. So please some tell me is there a set of missions I have to be on in the early game to get all these interactions that aren't triggering or is my game just bugged and you can do it literally at the beginning of the game like most of these guides claim you can? Also I have the beast mask that doesn't matter it has to be linked with the actual progression of the story missions cause I went there 3 different times before I decided that it might be the case as to why I can't get the items I need.

I hate the fact that we can only use 4 skills for every vocation in the first game we had 2 types of weapon for each vocation whit 4 skills each or 8 skills in total if you played as destroyer or paladin.

You can absolutely be a single-vocation warfarer, using it to level up your other vocations while sticking to your favorite. This way, you can stick to your favorite vocation while gradually maxing out the others.

This is just about impossible early at a low level. Takes lots of luck. In the vid he's at 32? Not really early or low level. Anyone know a good strat for a level 12 stuck at the Grotto? I'm so close.

You can forge the liqueur in Checkpoint Town for 6000 g and it stacks with the real liqueur. Oh thanks for the upload much appreciated

7:35 I grabbed the Bags and Put them in the Pen and the only thing that happend was me getting attacked by a Shit ton of Guards.

I wasnt invited into the tavern. Everyone around attacked me soon as i put the bags in the pen

I dunno if it's just me, but the warfarer kinda sucks? I get 3 total skills to choose from all vocations and that's... it? I was expecting the rearmament to let me swap to magick archer and have 4 magick archer skills, then i could swap to say thief and get 4 thief skills and so on as long as I had a weapon of each type and had leveled each vocation up... the fact it doesn't work this way kinda makes me not interest in it at all really. It's just bad because I have to choose what, 1 archer, 1 magick archer and 1 mage skill and then... that's supposed to be a win? Nah, It's pointless imo. I'll prob not even use rearmament and just be a "Warfarer" magick archer to get experience faster. Equipping any gear is nice for fashion, but doesn't even remotely feel worth in any way how it is designed. This is a single player game, I'd prefer it be just a weapon swap gets you 4 skills of said vocation or else yeah kinda feels super bad to give up a skill just to get access to two from other vocations.
