onion 1
curry leaves one cup
shahzeera one tbsp
cardamom 10
cinnamon 2 inches
cloves 7
ginger garlic paste one and half tbsp
turmeric 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder one tbsp
salt to taste
green chillies 6
coriander leaves half cup
mint leaves half cup
fresh fenugreek leaves one cup
dried fenugreek leaves one tbsp
lemon 2
garam masala powder half tsp
pure ghee half cup
