A "comeback" in k-pop means they are releasing a new album. "Comeback trailers" help set the stage for the album, basically - start to explain the meaning of the album.

To me, this is Jimin's most iconic song. Remember when I commented that I was attracted to BTS because of their ability to dance, sing, and rap as a group together at the same time? They are visually entertaining as well as audibly, To hear them sing on their albums is only half of their total performance effect. Like hearing and watching their MVs are missing their performances as a group when they do a choreography also. That's why many people suggest watching them live, or their dance practices which sometimes are left out of the MV. Like watching Spring Day MV and watching the dance practice or their live performance at an award show. Only then will you appreciate the hard work that they put into their dance choreographies. I like to watch Jimin's live performance of this song in the video by Brilliant who did a great job editing the "Stage mix" compilation of live performances which was done masterfully. I think of this song when they say " Once you Jimin you can't Jimout" people will understand why he's loved by many after watching this video.

With BTS, theirs are usually shortened versions of a solo song on that album (Like Boy Meets Evil on Wings). The studio version of Serendipity is actually longer.

Serendipity is one of my favorite song of all time, and the most comforting and peaceful one. Listening to this song and the beautiful , angelic, soft voice of Jiminah just relieve my stress, and help me to find my inner peace. Jimin is my happy pills, just seing him smile make my day brighter. This song is about pursuing love which is basically very difficult & painful to achieve in this world hence the cactus & bleeding finger, but he sings that the fate & whole universe has moved just for us n its no coincidence. His lover here is symbolised by yellow color just like sunshine & positivity, no matter how much he tries to run from it the yellow keeps following him until finally at the end he seems to embrace it by sitting in the sunlight.

This is a trailer in a sense it sets the tone and also isn't a full song. For some of these, I do wish you would check out the live performance versions. Especially trailer-ish two minute songs. The fact that their songs are majority Korean is the biggest stumbling block for people to give them a listen for the first time. Hey y'all I've been watching your bts videos for months. I love you guys' insight and personalities. I was gonna tell you there is a docuseries called "the rise of bangtan" its about bts' career and story created by army themselves. I would also recommend DKDKTV as they connect Korean culture with bts' music such as Idol and Baepsae(Silver Spoon) as a foriegn fan it is truly a big help. Also intro serendipity is called intro for 2 reasons. 1. On the CD it is the first track and an intro into the album however it is not the title track.( Main song used to promote the album is called a title track. No more dream is an example). 2. It's called intro because there is full version in the final album in the love yourself series same thing with intro singularity(V love yourself tear). Hope this helps!
