Your fake republic is originally called Shirvan and Aran (NOT Azerbaijan), which are two Iranian provinces that Russia invaded. There is only one Azerbaijan and it is a province inside Iran with its main city Tabriz. The Azeris have always been part of the Iranian people. Tahchin is an Iranian food specifically from Gilan province. Now stop spreading lies.

I had a Iranian child minder growing up who I saw as a second mother (RIP). Will always remember the love she poured into her cooking. I'm saddened at the lack of Iranian cuisine in London however. The first time I had Iranian food I couldn't believe how good it tasted.

Yet each ingredient is labelled/subtitled very well. I noticed that the cooked chicken & rice were mixed in the egg yolk but what did you do with the egg whites? They're referring to what is called Tah-Chin-e-Morgh. Tah-Chin translates to set at the bottom and Morgh to Chicken. In all, translates to chicken set at the bottom of the pot in a way shown in the video.

That's Tajin?? I love the dish, but it's very difficult to get hold of saffron in my country and it's very expensive. But I do find it on small amounts 👍👌🍗🍚🍵 Love from Croatia 🙏❤️

A small help dear to make the best of smaller amount of saffron, since I saw foreigners add long saffron directly to the food. We grind it before using. use a saffron mortar and grind the saffron to the powder, then add the amount of the saffron powder you want to use to a cup with some ice cubes like two small ice cubes in it then let it be until the ice melts completely. This gives it stronger color and scent. Then add that saffron water to your food. You can also use hot water instead of ice and let the hot saffron water be in a warm place for 10 minutes for it to brew but the ice method is a bit better.
