They are putting 67% capital gains tax on property which means if you sell a property and make profit 67% would go away in Taxes

Hi if the value as per DLD valuation is above 2 million then yes and sometimes the market value and DLD value could differ

Russian speaking Agents are mostly successful beacuse of Language but some are exceptional they close with all nationality. Language is a major advantage in Dubai Real estate. Some Russian companies knew that there is conflict between Russia and Ukrain and they took advantage of it and made huge money

All Russians invited to come to Pakistan. Best houses, servants, drivers, best fruits , meat, best northern areas like Switzerland. Very cheap country with very hospitable people much much better than Arabs with iron in their necks

Not everyone is capable of handling difficult financial situations hence if someone asks for advice we always advice to start with some savings as real estate agents don’t have a salary.
