I LOVE the layout of the movements and the demonstration of applications at the end. It becomes something of a comedy at the end, with the demo partner flying across the room at a mere touch, but that's rather normal for martial arts demonstrations in this milieu. Still, it is an EXCELLENT video, worth many a pause & replay.

I learned the Chen version of the 13 movements, but this one is also concise and well thought-out. I'm going to add it to my daily work-out. It's nice to know 2 different ways to do the same thing. As for the demo at the end, I've seen a lot worse. If you want a little more realism, take a look at Practical Method.
