In this 10-minute Korean Tai Chi (Qigong) routine, we'll be practicing the "Empty Step" posture for balance and leg strength. Body & Brain incorporates a wide variety of practices for overall health and wellness. Korea Tai Chi is just one of those practices.
David will guide you through this posture so that you can develop more strength and balance. Go at your own pace, and enjoy!
