Well done! Very clearly explained. You guys are lucky to have such a good teacher to show you everything and feed you all the time. Treasure it. You may not know how precious it is now, but you will understand it later.

This reminds me of uprooting exercises that we used to practise back in the day. I miss having the opportunity to do this kind of energy work. Is this something I could try and develop working with other Taiji students who have no experience of this type of exercise? If so, how should I proceed? Push hands first maybe?
