Hi Sam, this form is very similar to the saber form taught to me by the late Tchoung Ta-Tchen back in the 90's in Vancouver. Very well done. We had a short section when the saber is passed to the left hand for a few moves then back to the right hand. If I remember correctly he had learned his form from Wu Tunan.
