From what I can observe, he's basically saying to use the whole body's movement and weight when executing techniques. We see many of his failures are due to him not using his body weight. It's a principle that can be found and applied in all forms of martial arts.

It's his own research based on many ancient manuals. His school is Shouseikan. His iaijutsu is based on Kashima shin ryu though.
