As a CSS aspirant, I find this to be a very fruitful discussion. But Sir, we are yet not able to progress on the state level because it does not matter how high one scores in CSS exams, at the end of the day he is bound to salute Rana Sanaullah! The thing is that corrupt politicians will always remain dominant over bureaucracy in our system, no matter how educated these bureaucrats are as compared to politicians. In order to progress as a state we need to make changes from the grassroots level. Our political parties should start issuing tickets to deserving and efficient candidates to contest elections instead of their dynastic candidates and feudal lords/waderas, who later become MNAs and MPAs to rule over these “educated” bureaucrats. And then these bureaucrats have no other options rather than to follow their orders, that is why our state is revolving on the same pattern without making any significant progress.

I've seen him live when he was MD PEPCO. He's just a typical bureaucrat who talks good but on ground is totally corrupt like any other bureaucrat. Agar Pakistan ky sry hi bureaucrat itne qaabil hai tou ham default ku ho rahy hain? Baten har koi achi kar leta hai lekin asal main har insan apne zaati mafadaat ko qoumi mafadaat pay tarjee deta hai. Pakistan ka koi bureaucrat utha ky dekh lo sab baten bohat achi karen gain lekin andar se total corrupt hongay.

Those students who are unable to access it directly can access because of yours job. We are appreciating your positive contribution in society. Now, because of the people like you, it doesn't matter whether we belong to KPK or Punjab or the rest areas, we are able to be aware of such information. Today's video is like filling a gap of unawareness about civil service academy. I would say may Allah reward you for such good service. In Sha Allah I will also try to contribute to society according to my circle. In this way good changes will come in our motherland Pakistan.

How come you'll find the intellectuals that are essential to the civil service. While on the other hand, PMA, doesn't specifically target intellectuals, it inducts a larger bathc of commisioned officers and then refine that batch with promotion. PMA, can afford these experiments while CSA only needes the best of the best which would be impractical to find after HSSC-II.
