Israr Ahmed Sahab was a very pious and honest person.He has also served the Quran , But his political knowledge was outdated and imaginary.

An interesting thing about Martin Luther, he also sponsored the translation of the Qur'an into German and Latin. He even wrote the foreword of the Qur'an. That was meant to "prove" that the Qur'an was "fake" but still, he did that.

Dr sb, I think that the word Secularism was first introduced when it was said that this or that thing was not in the domain of the Church, Rather it was said that this or that thing lies in the Seculrar domain.

Firstly, I love your lectures! I know you face many critics in Pakistan, making it crucial to fact-check everything. Germany is still split between Lutherans and Catholics. Side note: Hitler was Catholic. I understood the point you tried to make but let's not give your critics a platform to criticize you with factual inaccuracies. Thanks a lot Sir. We should not portray Banking system as our enemy in society. After all Banks also have their business running needs and family needs. They have dedicated their whole lives in serving humanity needs. If someone disagree then they should establish their own alternative banking system and now a days people are aware of Sharia based banking. So equal play ground, let's hope we can provide better solutions and at the same time sustain our own existence because society is very cruel and no body knows when opinions are changed. As it is easy to criticise but to prove our thinking in the lab of life. Very hard. Evolutionary point of view might have it's support for interest validity in Finance otherwise nature might have abandoned Idea of interest in finance. Because we feel cruel when we have to pay back with interest but if we have to lend money to someone else then we might unconsciously prefer to get interest with it. Lol Iam not an expert but keep learning about different subjects. I hope people like you keep enlightening us as public. By the way I am an admirer of Late Dr Israr and he was just Quran centered scholar, not a historian or finance expert. But he was also a sincere and pious person. Nobody is perfect. Religion deals with ethics and behaviour as it doesn't explain the physics or chemistry or Finance as fully designed mechanism directly from its own pure source. Dr. Sahab, very informative lecture. Thank you very much for such a vast and important information. But I have a question. Jews were a minority and historically persecuted as you gave historical examples. But now, What miracle made Jews so powerful that they are attacking the Palestinians and warning the whole Muslim community of the consequences. And surprisingly, the Europe in which they were a minority and were persecuted, the same Europe is now a Shelter for them and USA is taking care of Jews. The same Germans who launched a Holocaust against Jews, are now providing tactical supprt to Jews. The point of my concern is that how the Christian Europe which consists of the same Catholic and Protestant schools of thought, has become so kind with Jews, as they were not historically. I need your response on this scenario in order to understand better.

Dr Israr sahib’s inference from the Quran regarding the role of women and position of non Muslims in an Islamic state are equally as abhorrent. Also is misleading and dangerous his interpretations that it is the duty of every Muslim to convert people to Islam and if they don’t they will have to become second class citizen in an Islamic state. Although I’ve learnt a lot from him and pray for his soul to be blessed, the legacy of his teachings and of others has caused enormous harm in Pakistan’s economic and intellectual decline.
