This gif make me think of the breaking the habit music video art style of animation. Also seem the girl? Guy? Non-binary oc in the middle of the screen spinning round and round might be having a bit of a manic high from the body language and movements So I can guess It from a darker more mature anime? Mid 1990’s or early 2000’s??? That my guess. But over all I am glad I found this song again. Can’t wait to forget it and find it all over again five years from now lol.
