Hello everyone 😊, today I want to show you guys how to make Taiwanese Sticky Rice Roll 台灣紫米飯團.
This Sticky Rice Roll is very popular and inexpensive breakfast item sold by street vendors in Taiwan. And with it's warm sticky rice and customizable fillings, this grab and go meal is not only satisfying but also very tasty as well.
If you are new to making sticky rice, I would suggest using a rice cooker because it’s so easy and you don’t need to worry about the time and temperature to cook the perfect rice. 😅
Ingredients
3 cups of black rice
2 cups of short grain sweet rice
4 eggs
1 cup of pork sung
Japanese Furikake seasoning
1/2 cup of Preserved mustard stems
2 shredded imitation crab legs
1 cup of Julienne cuts pork meat loaf
1/2 cup of shredded carrot
1/2 cup of shredded cucumber
1/2 tsp of salt
1 Tbsp of oil
