You make me want to cry even more haha 😭😂 I'm emotional every time I listen to this performance, Taka's so sad and looks so disappointed of himself, it breaks my heart 💔 I heard that the Germany flag he has was sent by a fan actually and he wore it! But I'm not 100% sure about that. This song is about his father and what happened between him and his father when he was a teenager. In this song he basically said that when he was young he had dreams that weren't the same as what his father wanted for him. Plus, he says also in this song that he feels like he betrayed his father but back then he didn't realize. So he says that he's sorry about being this way at that time (Taka's left his house because he was arguing with his father basically) (but to me Taka's pretty harsh about himself. Of course we don't fully know his past but it makes me sad when I hear him talking like that about him... When I hear him talking now, on interviews etc, I find his values amazing and he looks like such a sweet person, so nice and wanting to give some positive thoughts to everyone, so hearing him saying that he was "worthless" before, makes me sad...) This song is always special to him, and during that live at Yokohama Arena actually, his father (probably both of his parents actually) were in the audience. So it was really important to him to show him/them that and that he's sorry about his past basically. This song is for his parents as an *apology* because he ran away when he was 18 (I think, correct me if I'm wrong), he also dropped out of high school to pursue his music dream which his parents *didn't approve of* at the time. Taka (singer) left home when he was a teenager, around that time his parents were divorced too. He made this song for his parents (they are both singers in japan). And they were present in that concert. That's the reason why he is emotional. He wanted to be a singer like his parents but both of them were against it (they knew how hard it was to be successful). Afterwards he experienced a lot of prejudice because everyone thought his talent came from his parents and not him so he changed his name. The song is his way of apologizing.

This song is really important to taka. Tho it may seem upbeat, the song is about family. Taka came from a broken family and “nobody’s home” means like there is no one to welcome him whenever he comes back home. But right now, he’s in good terms with his family already.

he left home when he was 15 or 16. he also dropped out of high school to pursue his music dream which his parents didn't approve of at the time. BUT only about the dropout, not the music but also coz for his parents splitting up at the time......

This song wrenches my heart because I can relate to it, I have things that I'm apologetic to my parents for in my selfish pursuit of my goals in life. I watched My first story live at budokan the song that Hiroki break up tears remind me to this one pretty much. I'm just watching your videos, and I have no much to say that everyone it said you already. In Nagisaen concert Taka said he wrote this song for his mother and cry again, everyone cry in Nagisaen concert. In this one, at Yokohama arena was the first time his parents were to watch him in a live (in the documentary of this concert his explain it). His parent are famous singers of Enka, and the dream his parents had and his own dreams didn´t match... and that was so painful to him. Plus his parents broke their marriage in that age... so he ran away to live alone in his 16... He has a sad story behind this song :( By the way, I dont know if you have a video of the song I want, I would like to see your reaction of Ketsuraku Automation of One ok Rock in 35XXXV concert.
