'In a temple and a school' is what it sounds like more. At least it makes sense more to me that way.

less time filming the artist and more time filming the art please. this has always been a problem with you guys. It might be a creative choice but the art itself is sometimes better than the explanation.

I've always LOVED "his" Art. Yet I don't consider it his Art because other people make it for him.
@L2892A

if you don't consider it his art then you are saying art is only about the craft. If you say so than what do we make of performance art, or re-purposed art, or even photography... what about new media art, what about documentation art? Art transcends the craft its about the ideas and the conception. Murakami makes an incredible body of work, his ideas, his aesthetic are true to him and not his assistants. It is his work not theirs. Other do not make it. I would consider them an extension to his body much like others would use software and other tools.

That's like saying you don't give writers credit for a movie. Like yeah, lots of other people helped out but it was his creation.

fatbluewaffle this will be the case for 9/10 favorite artist. no one does their own work physical anymore plus his stuff is too large to do solo so I guess but praises to the assistants for bringing it to fruition
