Little Shop of Horrors is one of my favorite plays. My great grand daughter had the leading role in her high-school drama class. Then I took her to a Lake Tahoe shakespeare rendition. So fun. Two things left on my bucket list, a ride in a hot air balloon and a trip to New York to see a Broadway show. ❤

One winter night in the 60s I got off the Long Island railroad at Penn Station ready to transfer to the Lexington Avenue IRT. Then I realized I had only 14 cents in my pocket. A subway token was 15 cents then. I walked the 65 blocks home to Lex and 94th, about five miles. It was a slog but now in my dotage a five mile dog walk in the Upper Peninsula woods is no big deal. How much is a token today? Glad you got out to see a show, post extraction notwithstanding.

The entrance at 34 Street Penn Station the iron works design is so interesting. I wonder how many people observe the beauty around them. The city looks clean.
