I'm at Yongsan Station today.
This is one of the transportation centers where subway lines 4 and 1 go and connect to the train station.
Recently, HYBE headquarters was established.
And it's also the neighborhood where BLACKPINK members Rosé and Jisoo live.
Then let's take a walk with me in Yongsan, the center of Seoul, Korea.

That’s really cool that you went over to the hype. Headquarters building were BTS does their music I love this I am really excited that both J-Hope and Jin are coming home from the military this year and it’s going to bring me really happy. Thank you so much for sharing this. I am so proud and thankful to love BTS and be a fan of them. They are my heroes.

Я так понимаю, что группа bts приносит большие доходы государству.И я думаю, что после армии ребята вернуться в группу и продолжат там работать, модет с новыми проектами

Спасибо , что показали Сеул, интересно было посмотреть.Я бы не сказала, что все также как и везде.Заметила глухие стены бех окон на торце, каменные ограды вокруг домов, мало людей на улицах.Но очень своеобразно и интересно.Буду иметь представление о Корее.

What? Hybe is not owned that building? All the detil provided by Mr.Bang Si Hyuk said that he owned the building know? And some of the other people who invest for that also own the share market, and bts members as well.

HYBE leases the entire building and does not own it. HYBE revealed that the reason for renting while paying a large monthly rent is for tax issues and smooth cash flow. Owning a building and being able to invest in HYBE because it is listed on the stock market are separate issues. Thank you for watching the video.😊

⁠⁠⁠@@akthvi watch one of show in korea stated that bang pd did not buy the building …they just leased it for 1M usd every months..but they plan to buy the building
