This dessert can be prepared in five minutes. A very easy and healthy oatmeal cake.
I love this vegan recipes for homemade sweets very much and made this many times. And this five-ingredient chocolate cake recipe is delicious and gluten, egg, dairy, and baked-free. This chocolate and banana cake can be prepared sugar-free in just 5 minutes.
Ingredients and recipe:
180 g rolled oats.
3 bananas (350g, / 200 g without peel).
2 tablespoons cocoa powder.
125 ml of plant milk.
100 g dark chocolate without sugar.
desiccated coconut (optional).
- Fry oats for about 3 minutes with low heat, stirring constantly.
The oats are ready when the aroma is pleasant.
- Blend banana, milk and cacao powder in a blender
- Chop chocolate into small pieces, melt in the microwave for few minutes.
- Combine all the ingredients.
Mix everything well.
- Put in a 16 cm cake pan with baking paper
- Put in the freezer for 1-2 hours
- Garnish with desiccated coconut before serving
