yeah but how would they have revealed it? especially back in the late 90s/early 2000s when you needed camcorders to record stuff? the era before cell phones could record videos? the era before social media/youtube? they would have had to go on a popular tv show and get interviewed...or they would have had to use the radio. Those were the only two forms of media that could reach the people at the time. Diddy was in complete control of the black music business...radio/television was doing business with his bosses...I mean come on now. Plus everybody thought Diddy was a nerd/square/regular businessman, so he would have came across as a disgruntled employee...Plus NOBODY would have allowed him to even talk about it, especially with no evidence!!! Diddy was an asset to the entertainment industry, so why would they allow somebody who was simply a "worker" to go on TV/radio to say these things? They would have got sued. Only reason Diddy is getting exposed now is because social media/youtube allows your everyday-normal-people to have a platform to speak. We don't have to go through television/radio, which are owned by the same few corporations who do business with people like Diddy. We don't have to worry about getting sued anymore, etc. People can speak their truth now without depending on the "system" to give them a platform. R. Kelly got away with abusing a teenage girl ON VIDEO. I saw it in 2001-2002. But you know what? His career still thrived. So in that era, you think Diddy would have been taken down? By Mark Curry? Come on..plus late 90s/early 2000's was the ERA where abusing women was still seen as "normal behavior". Society would not have cared. They would have looked at it like "thats the lifestyle of those entertainers". Only recently has society decided that entertainers should be held accountable for sex crimes.
