不是跟平常吃的不一樣，是肉質不一樣，吃起來的口感也會不一樣，一般鐵板燒用的牛肉，大都來自進口的，換下口味也不錯，不要老是只會吃漢堡。

你應該在哥哥配戴眼鏡初時詢問相關專業人士→視光師，眼科醫生，而不是問朋友，因為每個小朋友情況也不同，不可一概而論，就像我大兒子有5百度近視，只除了睡覺時間没戴上，另我小兒子只有一百度散光零近視，他就會上學先配戴眼鏡，如果一直配戴眼鏡方法和度數正確，保持半年或一年驗眼，每天只可使用電子產品2小時，每年近視只會增加50度以內或没有加深，孩子長高，近視也會加深。

盡量還是不要給小孩子吃生魚片⋯尤其是學齡前的 12歲前小孩的免疫系統發展尚未完整～沒全熟的食材會有比較多的病毒細菌還是寄生蟲～對抵抗力差的小孩很容易感染～不得不慎

大儿子去年就佩戴了眼镜，我们跟所有父母一样，都是疼孩子的，老二是最近查出来近视，我们来复查几次，也是希望查的度数更精确些，佩戴的眼镜度数更刚好。市区离我们这边挺远的，我们去一次也不方便，但为了孩子，也是提前安排好时间。县城离家是比较近，但我们想着市区设备比较好，这几次都是带孩子去市区。

Good advice. Sushi and Sashimi should be eaten wasabi in the soya sauce. Oldest boy didn't like salmon very much. Salmon is een sweet water fish. Without sauce It might taste like mud. Besides, it is better to eat first cold fish like Sashimi,warm fish, then meat at last with fried rice. Desserts to finish the meal 😊

Your saying that it's hereditary because your husband has myopia but again it's better to let your child that he's wearing his eyeglass to prevent further problem to his eyes. 妳好，如果真的近視一定要配戴著，那是以前醫療不是很懂都會說眼鏡一直戴著會加深，那是錯誤的一直戴著度數會穩定，而且你們農村那邊的條件也蠻好的綠色植物很多，多眺遠看對眼睛很好的。台灣粉絲

也行我们当时的决定真的错了，去年配了眼睛，就上课的时候戴着，平时没戴，现在度数加深了，我们也很自责。
