Wait did He say cross? NO!!! He said to take up our fence, our boundaries and follow Him. This was said long before His execution and was not invoking it. No one generally owned "crosses" back them, but they did have fences. He wasn't speaking of something no one would understand, He was using the known Greek word well attested as a fence post or upright stake and not a cross. Watch, test and learn. Yah Bless.

I broke up and destroyed all crosses in my house, scratched them off the front of my Bible and tore them from the inside pages. the euphemism also works as a nomadic or nautical analogy, i.e. pick up your stake as in a tent stake, or the stake or anchor for a boat, either way, in context it makes sense Yahusha is looking for people who are fully committed to following Him.

In the south, here in Mississippi they burned slaves on a cross and hung them on trees. This is not to say I disagree. This is only to say the heathens did this to my people in the south. Man, I am a new christian and finding out how much has been twisted makes me so unsure of many things. There's a cross in almost every church and they seem to have gotten so corrupted in many ways. On the other hand I have no christians around me and I know it is important to surround ourselves and gather with other believers.

Indeed. True believers not those sucked into a black hole of ignorance with those practicing satanism and calling it Christianity. As you review the many series' on this channel, you will find many things restored in scripture that will help set a solid foundation on the rock of the Word rather than the sinking sand offered by the church generally. Regarding assembly, the Bible term is ekklesia in Greek which merely means gathering and Yahusha defined that as wherever 2 or more gather in His name. It does not require a church which is from the English word circ for circus as in entertainment even which is what many churches have become. On the Day of Judgment, we will each stand before Yahusha and He will judge us not based on how perfect we did or did not live, certainly not on what church or organization we joined which is meaningless to Him... He will judge us according to His words in Matt. 7 and John 15 based on whether or not He knows us meaning we are in a true relationship with Him. Seek Him and the restoration of His ways in your life above all as you grow in Him. Yah Bless.

Watch the 1st and 2nd videos. Meaning "mark" which could apply to the mark of Cain and of the Beast? A mark is not always good in scripture and this is only an assumption for a letter not even used in the passage based on an ancient pictograph form which has not even survived mostly. The word has no meaning that defines how Yahusha was executed for one. Second, stauros is Greek, not Hebrew and is not the letter Tav. Third, Tav has no association with the meaning mark except in Ancient Pictograph form which is not only not science but no one has the definitions that with those words in any credible text to use as a cypher. They have no key but made up definitions of an unproven alphabet they manufactured. In fact, the word "mark" in the Hebrew Bible is the interpretation of the word yāḏaʿ: יָדַע which has no Tav in 1 Kings 20. Oops! Job worries there is a mark against him when he suffered. Similar to Cain, not a good mark. This is the Hebrew word migpa: לְמִפְגָּע which oops! has no Tav. David uses mark the perfect man which is awesome except the word is šāmar: שָׁמַ and has no Tav. Oops! Ezekiel finally uses Tav as mark not in pictograph from which he did not write. This is a righteous use but the Tav is not shaped like a cross. Oops! It is תָּו and that's not a cross. The cross comes from pictograph form which is an unproven, unscientific fabrication. By the way, experts studying the origin of Ezekiel, a later text in the OT, prove it was Lat Biblical Hebrew similar to this character rendered today and not the pictograph form. He was not invoking a cross which the Bible never does. Even in Revelation, the word used for mark is the Greek charagma: χάραγμα which has no "t" or Tav. In other words, we have been lied to yet again. Yah Bless.

Try BlueLetterBible.org, it is easy to use and has multiple lexicons. However, maybe you couldn't see it if you are using a small screen, but we showed you Strong's Concordance and Thayer's Lexicon definitions on almost every screen with the number even. In the Greek Stake, as we said, we cover the word in more detail with other lexicons as well. Perhaps whatever you are looking at is a more modern reference and perhaps not actually ancient Greek especially Bible Greek because that is not a Bible use of the word ever. Yah Bless.
