The mom sounds like a professional victim and the older daughter just looked like she was done. In the end even the younger daughter looked embarassed by this whole thing. The fact she didnt even stand up to say anything for her mom, says more than anything.

That’s exactly what I thought. Professional victim. All that crying and no tears. Lives off of her daughter’s SSI. She’s seems very manipulative. I got the impression that she’s actually jealous of her daughter (the defendant). The defendant looks as if she’s successful and has her life together and the mom wants her to take care of her. It breaks my heart watching the youngest daughter go through this.

Basically, the mom is trying to say that the daughter lied to get her out of the house but like y’all saying it’s clearly her right she can say that she’s moving out and do whatever she wants at her property if she has an agreement with the landlord so I really don’t understand the mom‘s point exactly besides saying that the daughter lied.. I know! I did at first as well, but as soon as the mom said she got engaged and moved the fiance into the house I was like..nope. Why isn't your grown fiancee getting y'all your OWN house? And bringing messy daughter in laws after being told at the beginning they can NEVER come over (if someone can't even step foot on your porch you know it's bad) I was like no ma'am. OR maybe the mom has some sort of “mental” illness. She definitely looked shady when she started to cry (fake tears at first, Idk?, but when JM said “nobody’s getting shi-!”, the Mom really started crying!) Defendant (her older daughter) came off as “not caring about any of it, except when JM said she wasn’t getting any $ either!!) -cause then she went on about how she should have got the $ too! So sad cause at the end it looks like neither of them care about anything except hoping to win $$$! BUT MY QUESTION is “why does Defendant even live with the mom if they can’t get along??” She looks perfectly capable of living on her own!!! SMH!!😮

I literally went through something like this with my birth mother and my now 17 year old sister stays with her and she keeps her away from me. I try to warn my sister to be mindful and learn from me moving away.

The expressions and body language of the 15 yr. old spoke volumes regarding her mother's behavior, especially when the mother started her theatric crying. All of that crying her mom did, I've seen the performance and it's just that, a performance. From the outside looking in and those people who have positive relationships with their mothers may say, oh you have to try and work it out. No ma'am. Not when it causes more harm and trauma. As others have said, the mother is a user and a professional victim. That mother is a piece of work. All the theatrics at the end were ridiculous. Have some pride and some dignity.

Moma doesn't have her own place while babysitting and moving her boyfriend in. Concentrate on getting your own place to do what you wanna do. Why is she crying about what the daughter is living in? Get Your Own Place! Moma is too old for that living with other people.

I don't know their backstory...but, I can see having one child on SSI, but 2? It's like the govt isn't doing their due diligence. I don't know how this works, but I knew ppl who made their kids pretend to be slow so that they could get SSI.

Chiiiiiild I’m having a hard time believing this mother. I believe she turned her daughter’s place into a daycare. She moved her man in. And I believe she disrespected her daughter’s house in the name of being “mom”. When will they learn to let their adult children be adults? 🤦🏾‍♀️
