@@ecw787 it´s not enough proof at all, the amount is way too small to have any effect on a fighter. and you have to take ostarin every day for at least 2 weeks before even the smallest effects starts ( on average 4-6 weekts ), 1 day before have no effect whatsoever even in the amount was high enough to improve the performance
