Absolutely love this guy. Think he’s probably our third choice CB should Saliba or Gabriel get injured as he has most similar attributes to them (speed, heading, aggressive, brilliant in one on one’s)

Tomi has been beset by adversity no end since he joined us especially on the personal front.Hopefully that's all behind him now and he can stay fit and available without break to fully show his immense talent .

I'm Vietnamese and I really enjoy watching him play and how he handles every situation on the field. He doesn't need to be Vietnamese because to me he represents all of Asia to express himself in Europe. -always support you- #tomiyasu

Ben White has been Mr. Consistent and invaluable but Tomiyasu's movement, style and overall play makes it feel like we have an extra midfielder at times. Lucky to have them both along with Timber, zinchenko and kiwior.

He is the best 1 v 1 defender at arsenal bro is just totally different. Really hope is injury woes are past him. Because him playing regularly is a nightmare for wingers. I’ll never forget how he locked up salah & sane. Man said Odegaard the most difficult to defend against. He basically saying yeah he’ll lock up Saka no issues 😂 Bro is totally built different

I remember the day Tomi pocketed Salah at the Emirates last year like it was yesterday. Unfortunately he's dealt with so many injuries, I hope he can stay healthy for the rest of the season, he's a huge part of the team.

If we are up 2 or 3 goals vs Bayern in the 1st leg, I would switch Kiwior with Tomiyasu in the second leg, seems he locks up Leroy Sane efficiently!

More like It's tomis place to lose, kiwi is great, but there is no better Lb than tomi,he hasn't got a weakness, 2footed, relishes when 1vs1, speed, tank of an athlete...can't stay fit but all we need is just 2 months of him staying injury free

Very strong marker that hardly loose 1v1 duels. And hardly gives the ball away. Tireless worker and I think he is Arsenal's most utility player

Japan's national team came out with a statement that they didn't pick him because they wanted his injury to fully heal. They call it a "player first" approach & I'm so glad they thought about him like that. It gives Arsenal a chance to have a fully fit Tomi.

Look at Jackie boy (Jack Wilshere) he’s a Gooner and too was plagued by injury😢. But these guys…still love him. He needs a shot, so why not offer him the contract? Arsenal/Arteta believes in him, so should the fans.
