Thanks for the update Allen and that's a good idea for the pump house and that was a good payday. You are lucky we have had seven inches in one night and it keeps spitting and we have not been above 29 degrees in about five days keep up the great work six stars brother

on the second cold front it's been over 60 hours now below freezing, the high today they are saying 33 and talking freezing rain tonight, by what they are saying it will be light here, so power should stay on, but I will have the propane heaters ready.

Since you already have the foam insulation stuff...I'd do one wall at a time.Move the wires and things away from the wall.Put plywood up and then fill the gaps with the expanding foam.Might have to do something with the ground too.Anyways I enjoyed the video and as always I stopping by.

heater only comes on when it get below 35 f. I have it on a thermal cube

thank you, yes it didn't look like much but cast aluminum seems to be heaver then the other aluminum

We fixed leaking shed roof with spray leak fix I think it was by gorilla. May work on small pumphouse holes? Enjoy your videos thanks for sharing.

Not sure of how much of the chemicals you have from the barrels. If you build a frame with 1 x 4 ' s and a scrap piece of plywood. Put a thin piece of plastic inside of the frame. Take the chemicals and mix equal parts and pour into the frame and make you some foam board sheets to put around the well house for insulation. Stay safe and warm. yes, I have about 5 gallons of each chemical at this time. I need to drain a few barrels soon, to add to the pile. I will see what I can get done

It dont take much for that pcv to split..been there done that lol..id use that for mixture and do the walls up #happyscrapping

yeah, the pvc is too ridged with no flex, I do have a lot of pex fittings I will need to see what I have on hand and what I need to buy. looks like I have the well house for a spring/summer project

yes. it is, years ago I picked up a semi trailer as scrap, was full of heat and air/plumbing stuff. and a bin of brass pex fittings, so I went and bought the pex crimper set. and have used it on a lot of projects around here, the daughter replumbed her whole trailer with pex, I used pex to run air lines in the shop

Could you put the foam mix in bags and lay it out to make blocks or sheets for the insulation ?

What kept you from melting the aluminum down?

it is clean aluminum I only melt what I can't get all the steel out of. aluminum breakage.

@Okiescrapper ok, I'm about to start melting alot of aluminum outboards down. Thanks for sharing your thought process. I need to make up a drop in furnace like your big one.
