Glad you made this video. I think I'll end up getting it after all. It looks like it reprints the introduction from Volume I. Definitely more manageable and readable than the two tomes.

I actually have that. I have the older one with the box - I splurged on it. I love opening panels like that too. It’s an absolutely beautiful book. I think it’s smart to pace yourself - I still haven’t read it but want to.

Another beautiful book! You might as well get some value from the new webcam and show us a few choice selections from your collection. I've started a dive into Blake and Mortimer. As a huge Tintin and Asterix fan, I really should have read more European comics. Translations were often an issue but Cinebook have solved that problem. I've plenty of reading ahead.

What a cool book! I became familiar with Little Nemo via 'Little Nemo Dream Master' for NES. I loved the game and the story over all.

I think by page size alone it has more than double stories than editions "Little Nemo in Slumberland: So Many Splendid Sundays!" edition and more splendid sundays combined ? also that one was way too big , this one smaller and i think this one is one of the best buys ever !

Wow, that's tempting. It looks like there are some examples of McCay's editorial cartoons in the introduction. Those are worth looking into; they are just monumental. I am staggered by the amount of architectural detail and wild scope that he got into those Sunday pages every damn week. He was more than a prodigy, practically a freak of nature. As a pioneer in animation, he had no technology to lean on; he would just draw thousands of pages and have them photographed. Here's a little film about that from 1911. I just received my copy, but I'm confused about a circular sticker that says "Deutsch" and "Français" with a partial QR code. There's only English in the exterior of the book, though. Is that sticker in all copies?
