Stay strong, Dave! I love your videos and you seem like a good person. My sister unexpectedly died, too; and it hurt unimaginably. It did take me a while to really look and notice how my sister was still with me in different ways. Sometimes, it is as simple as, I swear, I hear her telling me what is a good or bad decision. In some subtle way I become aware of what she taught me as her sibling. 😀 I'm praying that you experience the same joy and that you realize your brother is in a place where things around us will not hurt him. Remembering that helps me focus on other things, and I want to share that with you, Dave. Please keep up your good work, I wanted to tell you this before I watch today's video. ✝️

just got my elemento pro after Dave review. it doesnt desapoint! no secret this wheel match the the same quality level. People at VPG knows the suff. yes it's expensive.

It was hard to pay attention to the wheel with such a beautiful kitchen in the background!

Hi Dave, Good review, I have an earlier version of the V-RSPG (button aren't illuminated on mine :( ). The guys at VPG do a good job, along with excellent support. I see there's also a shiny Go-Race Quick Release on there as well. Another great product made in the UK. I'm in a similar boat thanks to you, based on your review of the Elemento Pro, I placed an order...and also need to tell the other half!

Actually It’s not expensive when you compare it to the “Precision sim engineering LM-X” wheel for £2,500!🥵 and I sure the quality is comparable !

That and the $100 delivery charge had me wondering about the price. I saw you raving about this wheel on a Traxion stream you hosted, so after watching your review I pulled the pin and bought one, can't wait...

This is the video i've been waiting for, been trying to work out what rim you've been using recently. I currently have a Cube CSX2 that has been discontinued and I have so many issues with it, but other rims with displays are so much more expensive...I might have to start saving for a replacement now i've seen this!

One of those without the display screen could be very user friendly for VR racers, having as it does, really simple well spaced out buttons

Hello Dave, thanks for this review, nice and informative as always! But - how other could it be - a little remark from my side. I‘d like to see this wheel in action, more shots, footage of it. You mentioned that every button is reachable, but although you said so I „doubt“ it as the lower ones seem to be a little bit too low to reach with your thumbs. Something a video would‘ve shown. Then the colors of the buttons, are they changeable? You mentioned the weight, why not provide some specs? :) I know, you said it in the disclaimer, you‘re not a reviewer but a simracer, but I think that these reviews from your side will increase! You‘re famous :) and a good, trustworthy guy… so maybe keep these things in the back of your head for further reviews. All the best to you!

Ive read GSI rotary thumb encoders aren’t as confidence inspiring as they could be. This wheel looks like bucket list type stuff, I wish they had an option without the screen, though. I can’t see myself needing/using that.

Just placed an order…exactly what I have been looking for. 300mm is just right and will replace my awesome but budget McLaren V2 Fanatec wheel. VPG guys…any special bolts/nuts needed to use on the DD1? I already have a podium hub I’m stealing from my Porsche wheel 😊

Very expensive, more than my whole wheelbase pedal and wheel set from fanatec. If i had the money, based on this review, i would buy this. Great review as always.

He raised the price on this like everyone else I guess. He said on the video he put up showing off this wheel it would be £1050 plus tax so not sure why it went up by 20% odd but that made me change my mind tbh

Hi Dave. A suggestion/request for a comparison review. I know I'm not the only one out here who has terrible internet service. It's why I had to stop sim racing against real people. I was 'that' guy, the blinker. I'd like to request a video comparing the various racing programs, games, sims, and your determination on which has the best racing against AI drivers. I've only tried on iRacing (when a member), and ACC. No matter the settings, the AI seemed too polite. Which do you think are closest to a real-world experience? Thanks.

Honestly I do not understand why they do use nextion screen. USBD480 or Vocore would be much better solution. Nice wheel though.

Sadly it's using a Nextion display. Big turn off in my eyes. Other than that nice looking wheel.
