Before this video I did make 2 other videos showing how to replace the hose and another on the belts so some screws was removed already, but this is just a taking apart guide only, the motor was damaged so there was no point of a complete rebuild but hopefully it helps you if you are either thinking about replacing or struggling on finishing yours.
These videos do take time to make although I am not a professional photographer and I am not spending money on other cameras etc when these videos do not make me any money but I hope these can help some although I know not all.

Thank you so much for this video. Got is torn down and found out my motor has torn itself apart. Was able to get one off Ebay for £20 and has saved my Vax from landfill. Appreciate it!

Could you show how to remove the main driver belt? the wheel looks to be secured by two pins on each side and I don't want to break it.

At 5'37" you removed the spinscrub mechanism, any idea where I can get one ? The gearing inside has been stripped by the archemides worm so spinscrub don't turn

The design of these things is so idiotic. Poor guy having to service it needs to go through 100000 minute parts and navigate a counterintuitive setup.

Hi, thank you for message, I don’t design these, i just make videos to help people who may be struggling but considering these use water they do need to made watertight so I don’t think there is one of these on the market where they are easy to maintain and repair, but the majority of manufacturers don’t want people to repair items, they prefer it if you just purchase another new one, it is crazy.
