I feel like you can do what ever you put your mind up to. If people hating on what your accomplishing and all. That’s a good thing. That’s should be like ambition to drive that negativity into positivity. I’m going to subscribe to you. And not all people have thick eyebrows. Some people don’t look good with thick eyebrows anyways. It’s all about preference. You are just showing your way on how you do your makeup. People don’t understand nothing about contouring and everything. They need to stop assuming about the way you do things too. Treat everybody the way they want to be treated. I feel like you just turn the other cheek and put the spotlight on your haters really. Like I understand it’s cool to have opinions and all. But at least remember to empathize and have some consideration. Some people these days don’t care about other people’s feelings. They don’t even stop and think about what if they take in the time to do their own videos and they get all this negativity with everybody assuming. Even though they don’t know the real you and how you are. So. Basically keep doing what you doing. Everybody has different preferences and some are open minded to try out new things. Some just stick with what they know or comfortable with. Just do your thing girl.

I don't think shes making her skin lighter, I think its the lighting. Shes giving herself a even skin tone and the make up she uses have a brightening effect. I bet in natural lighting it would look the same as her tone without makeup

Tbh I don’t know why people think they have the right to tell other people how to do their makeup. You should be able to do your makeup whichever way you like. It’s not just about looking the same as everyone else and copying beauty gurus, it’s about expressing yourself and doing what makes you feel good. stores generally don't have shades dark enough for black women and the shade ranges go from white to white and more white like sometimes the darkest is a white person with a tan and it's really hard to find dark dark shades for women who have more melanin than most because companies simple don;t make them for a variety of reasons for eg. "her skin is perfect its too dark to show imperfections she shouldn't need makeup" makeup is never a need its a want and an art form and just gives features a pop
