Taking my FTR1200S for my FIRST RIDE of 2024

4 ай бұрынI missed riding my FTR more than any of my motorcycles, so I took it for my first ride of the year. It took my eight weeks to get on a first ride of 2024, but I'm so glad I did ride it, it was cold but it was dry and even the Sun came out for a visit.
I also discussed some next steps for this channel.

On my 2019 FTR base model, I put Continental Trail Attack 3 tires 90/10 according to Continental. They look like street tires to me. It was like I got a new bike. You should try them or another brand of 90/10 tires. I think you will agree how much better it makes the handling.

Thanks, I'm sure more road biased tires improve its handling. I will try them (or similar) when the time for new tires come. I did take this bike to the desert once, I may take it again this summer, before I consider changing the tires.
