Hello,
I'm Naïma. Welcome to my channel. This video is about how I recently tried taking #natto (a natural clot buster) for #longcovid to attempt to deal with the issue of micro-clots.
I discuss:
1. Research into microclotting
2. Treatments against microclotting
3. My experience on nattokinase for 6 weeks

A few weeks ago I stopped taking natto. There were many intense highs and lows since taking it and several symptoms came back that I hadn't had for several months. I will try again once my symptoms have stabilised in a few months - right now there is no room for backsliding 😓

You may be the same as me. I was feeling improvement after taking Natto for a few months, and I was on about 6 tablets a day (I've been told this is the max dosage). However, after a while the improvements plateaued and I even started to feel worse again and I was resetting back to how I was. I'm now taking about 2 a day but I don't feel much improvement. I do wish I could know what's happening in my body, why it would make me improve for a few months, and then just stop and get worse again. Soooo frustrating!!!!!

Stay with me. I have a pacemaker because I had constant a fib. Been using Nattokkinase for 6 years to avoid blood clots. It's really a wonderful solution. I'm 68 and both of my cardiologists told me my arteries are amazingly clean. One of my cardiologists told me the pharma blood thinners which come with a lot of side effects only reduce clots by 1% a year. That's terrible and pretty much ineffective in my opinion. Whether any of these points are related I really do not know... but..I'm 63 years old. I had 4 of the jab, 3 pfz and 1 modn in that order. I had so many because I had non hodgkins lymphoma cancer adversely affecting my immunity. And the treatment takes away one's immunity on top. Praise God I recovered from the cancer though the treatment was very tough - (stem cell replacement, previously (inaccurately) called bone marrow transplant). It took about a year to feel I was getting better. I was going to the hospital gym to recover strength and my heart rate was high after moderate exercise, around 130 bpm. But ongoing problem was a feeling my heart was struggling.. eg just going up the stairs and my heart was really pumping. Also was getting very tired and sleeping much more than usual. Then I got VERTIGO and had to stop my exercises.. never had it before, its very debilitating.. had it for over a month. It went away but I continued to feel constantly a bit dizzy. I was already taking vitamin d, 4000 IU per day along with K2, thanks to youtuber Dr Campbell;s videos. I doubled this dose about a month ago to 8000 IU per day and 200 mcg K2. I also started NAC and Bromelain, plus a multivitamin and mineral pill, plus a higher dose vitamin C , all daily. And marmite/yeast extract on top, daily. My tiredness has gone, my heart has calmed down a lot. I'm feeling about as good as ever. As I say, its all anecdotal, can't really say if any of these things are related. But I would recommend watching John Campbell's vitamin D videos.

I took and still taking nattokinase for my long covid with very good results. At the very least on par with apixaban, a pharmaceutical blood thinner. I also recommend taking baby aspirin on the opposite end of the day when you take nattokinase. They work best together as nattokinase works on fybrinolitic activity while aspirin reduces the level of platelet activation one sees on long covid patients. So these two tackle blood clots from the two different sides.

I read that when the body goes 16 hours without food it starts to savage the "trash" inside the cells to burn for energy. Once every week or so I do a 23 hour fast. Hi Naima, I started nattokinase nearly two years ago for LC, before there was much mention about it online. There wasn't much information on dosages back then or anything linking nattokinase to LC, but there were indications of microclots so that is why I tried it. I took just 1 capsule a day for 4-5 months and I have improved tremendously, I then had periods when I took 2 a day too but most of the time just 1 a day. It seems 1 capsule isn't enough according to current research, but it sure was enough for me just took longer to achieve the results, I could feel it doing something. As the microclots break down, the spike protein or other inflammatory molecules in it are released into the bloodstream, which may be why some feel worse. If that is happening slower on 1 capsule a day and doesn't cause worsening of symptoms, in my opinion that is still a win. If you feel better on 1 a day, I think you should try sticking to it just for longer. The ebbs and flows are normal for LC as I am sure you know, natto will not prevent them, but hopefully on a low dose you won't gst the worsening of symptoms caused by natto.

I like your clear explanation of what you do for covid. I have been thinking about a solution for long covid. Normally your body should be able to clear abnormal molecules. The spike protein is being produced in long covid. If your body cannot get rid of this abnormal protein, than you have to boost your immune system. The first thing to do is to try to lower blood spike proteins. Bromelain has been shown to break down the spike protein. There is one study that shows the helpful effects of bromelain in covid. They used 200 mg every 8 hours. I think that the smallest amount you should use is 1000mg on an empty somach. I like bromelain because studies show that bromelain rises in the blood for at least 8 hours. The other action should be to take beta glucan 1-3, 1-6 . This molecule lowers inflammation and d-dimer levels in covid patients. The lowering of d-dimer levels means that blood clots are being broken down. This supplement was shown in a 2022 study. It was successful for covid . You can get this beta glucan from a capsule or you can eat a half teaspoon of brewers yeast daily.

I had a stroke and it’s possibly linked to long covid microclots as I had long covid at the time. After my stroke I started taking clopidogrel antiplatlet meds for 10 weeks. I was allergic to them but I noticed within days that my breathing has improved. I then moved onto enteric coated baby aspirin due to the clopidigrol allergy and my breathing remained much better. I no longer need my asthma sprays. What I have noticed is that if I eat junk food sugar/crisps my inflammation levels go up and my long covid symptoms get worse. So I’m trying to eat anti inflammatory and it’s helping. I’m trying to heal the endothelium. I find garlic has made a huge difference too. I’m planning on starting q10 and increasing my fish oil. Plus trying to find ways to increase nitric oxide with food.

@@naimaella thank you for your kind words. I’ve been looking at some really good videos about the microclots. What I’ve learned is that when the endothelium is damaged by long covid, it blocks the absorption of nitric oxides which we need. I’m on week 3 eating anti inflammatory and I feel so much better. I developed and was diagnosed with a lot of food allergies since having covid too. Things like gluten, barley, oats, spinach, apples and more. Cutting those foods out and quitting crisps and sugar, and eating less saturated fat has helped so much.

Hey Naima, I remember telling you about Microclots in the beginning when you first started posting. What I believe is happening is, as the clots break up with the supplements, everything inside of them gets introduced to your blood stream and your body initiates an immune response which feels like its setting you back. It’s a cycle. But to break it you need to catch it during the reactive phase. Either get HELP Aphaeresis or when your symptoms are flaring, dump blood. I know it sounds crazy but get a syringe and some tubes or go donate. Clear it out of your system. You need to rebuild your blood, clear it of inflammatory molecules, viral debris, amyloid clots, etc. It will take time but you can recover.

B3 gives a hot flush if you are not used to it, or have low methylation it can make you feel easily stressed and overly emotional because b3 is a methyl sponge and can lower the production of certain neurotransmitters such as serotonin and dopamine that are created during methylation, but also slows COMT enzyme in the methylation cycle that breaks down dopamine, noradrenaline, and adrenaline and estrogens. It might be helpful to eat extra protein high in methionine, and support methylation with methyl B12 methylfolate, Riboflavin B2, (selenium, molybdenum, and iodine that are also required for B2 utilization especially if you have MTHFR) and P5P-B6 (activated form) ...

A couple of questions please. First, Thank you for expressing your experiences with Sarapeptase & Nattokinase. My experience with blood clotting goes back to November of 2019 which is about the time that civic was said to appear in the world. With current data, we now know that Covid was first conceived in labs within the US prior to orignial reports. My blood clothing started in the lower left leg near the ankle. Under normal care, Blood thinners were used to eliminate the clotting but then returned in a similar dramatic way a month or so later. My experience is that this blood thinner caused valves in the veins of both legs to enlarge and remain open (aka: veinous insifficiency) causing weeping from the toes to the calf as well as enlargement of the legs (aka: adema) from the toes to the thigh. I now use natural ways to thin the blood - using red beets or ginger root - which have helped. The adema (puffiness) had subsided in both legs to the point that the right leg has pretty well returned to normal. The left leg adema had almost normalized and weeping had nearly stopped except for the area around the toes. But now I feel like the left leg adema has come back and the toes (while they never did completely normalized, are beginning to weep & hurt even more now. I am considering Natto or Libro to improve circulation. Does anyone have any experience with lumbrokinase?

I’ve heard of similar experiences with getting worse before getting better with Nattokinase. Just a personal theory but I wonder if breaking down of the clots leads to broken down chunks clogging larger vessels until continued use of these enzymes further breaks down the clogging in the larger vessels. I have seen research on the micro clots reforming back in the blood stream once they have been filtered out by machine. There was a suggestion that the body naturally produces these also and they have been found in people who are suffering with ME/CFS. Sorry to hear about your roller coaster with LC. Mine has been similar, though I lost Thyroid control around Nov last year, even though all tests said it was working fine. Strangely, I used some Gel for a tongue infection at xmas and I had a strange reaction go up the right hand side of my face and then my body temp suddenly flicked on... it lasted a few days before going back to constantly feeling cold. Yesterday, I had a Synacthen test and had a reaction to that, all day I had pain in my Pituitary gland and today I have woken up feeling as if nothing had ever happened....

Hi. We live in our car and for the past two years it has been extra difficult not having basic needs met with 2 years of the plandemic symptoms, on top of Lyme’s disease. On the outside we are perfectly healthy, but ever since these planned international man made lab created attacks by the evil government we’ve all been hit and affected some way…and we eat all natural and organic foods so we will only take all natural supplements. We haven’t had any supplements in 2 years or longer. I think it’s time I try these if I can afford it because only by the grace of Jesus (God) am I able to function enough to travel to 35 states. God is my strength first. Thank you for your testimony and video, I’ve never heard of Serrapeptase. Any idea where to find these supplements for good/decent prices?

I second that! I feel the poison definitely helped LC get me. I only have ever had 1 shot and never bloody again! Back when the vaccine first came out, my work forced me to get it. Unfortunately, I felt very pressured and had felt I no choice (wish I just let them sack me). The day after I was vomiting, I had the worst dizzy spells to the stage that I felt like collapsing, and the headaches were crazy. This lasted about 4/5 days, and then I improved but was left with a small pain in my left lower chest (checked out and nothing found). When I finally caught covid in June 2022, I was just very fatigued for 11 days. Then, 2 months later, the LC symptoms started, and I tell you, these LC symptoms, especially in the first few months and still sometimes to this day, make me feel the exact same way, as when I got the poison (uncontrollable dizziness, major headaches). I feel as though they are definitely linked. I am currently running to help - Clenil modulite 100mg (Prescribed) - Bromelain 500mg - NAC 600mg - Fish Oil 1000mg - Vitamin C 1000mg - Vitamin D3 10000iu - L-lysine 500mg - Quercetin 500mg - Vitamin B1 100mg - Zinc 5mg Just added this morning - Curcumin 500mg - Nattokinase 2000Fu's So far, this cycle has definitely helped relieve some of the symptoms (I can actually function and hang up laundry and unload the dishwasher), and has given me a little more energy. My flare-ups appear to be a little less and happen less frequently (although they still happen but just appear to be less severe) Will update again in 2 months. Current Long Covid Time - 1 year Male - (32) Symptoms experienced and still ongoing: - Tingling left side of face for 5 days in December and sore testicles for 5 days - Persistent shortness of breath (air hunger) - Dizziness spells (often) and headaches - Fatigue, tiredness - Throat irritation - Chest pain (comes and goes) - Racing heart and palpitations *POTS* - Chronic pain - Tinnitus - Freezing Cold hands - Pins and needles in fingers in the beginning - Hallucinations (beginning) - Detached feeling from body - Couldn't yawn correctly (slight improvement now) - Couldn't look at cell phone for more than 10 seconds last year at Christmas. (Still happens now and again). - Strange feeling at base of feet when walking occasionally (almost like pins and needles) - Major anxiety in the beginning - Depression feeling - Paresthesia within the mouth - Strange swollen feeling at Epipharnyx - loss of ID - Brain Fog - Blurred vision - Veins popping/feeling pumped

We’re always told to “talk to our doctors” before beginning taking supplements & to check for drug interactions. May I suggest talking to your pharmacist? Physicians are less well-informed about pharmaceuticals and their knowledge about supplements tends to derive from research done by pharmaceutical companies. Also: It’s important to read actual research rather than online “celebrity” doctor sites or forums. Finally: Doctors of allopathic medicine are more receptive than they were 20-25 years ago, but even today, many, if not most, doctors and physicians assistants will gaslight healing modes other than surgery and pharmaceuticals That said, the rewards I’ve experienced have been better health, actual healing (rather than mere symptom relief), and freedom from pharmaceuticals.

But still far from perfect. I am close to being able to introduce small short bodyweight workouts and treadmill with dumbells. Maybe in a week or 2 I'll start that again to build up my lung strength. I take 1 natto pill per day, sometimes miss a day here and there. I'm still unsure if I should be taking it on an empty stomach or not. I just had a new breathing test yesterday as well and the technician said the results were actually a bit better compared to my last test 6 months ago. I go to some of the same conferences as Ardis. He is misinformed and/or undereducated and I do not trust him. The spike protein has a few sequences that resemble amino acid strings found in venoms. They may be convergent evolution, or MAY be deliberate insertions to act as irritants to get the immune system going. They are not there to kill you. OTHER RNA codon sequences clearly were lab insertions. That's how honest scientists knew very early that Covid19 is a lab product.
