Thanks you for a job well done... But at the deduction for concrete lintel in window 1, I think what we're deducting should be 1500 and not 1200 since the space the lintel is coming on is the width of the window and not the height and the width is 1500. Thank you... Please check and let me know if am the one wrong on my side.

Yeah, that was what I was also thinking that w1 should be 1500 and not 1200 since it's the width the lintel will sit on and not the height. Kindly let us know whether it's right.

Just book the mean girth by the width of lintel by the thickness (depth)

Height of lintel can either be 225 or 150. Ideally, most construction uses 225mm to ensure that the height of the lintel tally with the height of the block which is 225 for both 6 inches n 9 inches blocks.

No need to show the process since you have already stated that you are DEDUCTING. The total is usually written in the squaring column.
