We booked the tickets online well in advance for the KL Sentral to Butterworth train journey. This was a popular train journey. Total cost was MYR 291 for two persons. Leaving at about 8.03am, we arrived at Butterworth aound 12.30pm.
Overall, it was quite a comfortable and enjoyable trip with breakfast and lunch served for business class travellers. We could even surf the web with the computer monitors provided. Restroom was fairly clean.
