I have been asking GOD what happened to the Apostles and why they were killed ! I believe he told me there were men in the church that were so jealous of their authority , they lied about the and had them put in prison and killed so they could take over the church ! That's why the church went into apostasy and was dead until MARTIN LUTHER got the revelation of justification by faith not works and reformed the church with the truth ! I remember Satan tempting me to kill myself. I am spirit-filled and the Spirit rose up in me and declared to that devil: "I will live and NOT DIE and declare the glory of the the Lord!" The evil spirit left me and went to my neighbors- this guy never had a day of mental health issues in his life. He slit his wrist I remember about 12-15 minutes past between me casting out the devil and hearing that ambulance next door. He was a denominational person who didn't believe in the Holy Spirit so maybe he was more susceptible?? It is so important to invite the Holy Spirit into your life! You can speak the word of God and the devil will FLEE!!

Are we supposed to follow the teachings of the apostles? Acts 2:42, And they continued steadfastly in the apostle's doctrines. Ephesians 2:20, We are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief cornerstone. Don't get Titus 3:5 mixed up with James 2:14-26, about WORKS. One is a WORK of your OWN RIGHTEOUSNESS OR GOOD DEEDS and the other is a WORK OF FAITH. Titus 1:16, They profess that they know God; but in WORKS they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.
