Billy Robinson is the Key for MMA he teaches the lost style of Hooking. It originated back in the early 1900's if not late 1800's as a carnival act where if you could survive 3minutes in the ring with a Grappler/Wrestler aka Hooker. Thanks for the Posting! BrainChild...

@BrainChild666 actually Catch Wrestling has been around far longer than that. Henry the 8th was a Catch wrestler. It actually is derived from Greek Pancratian

@panther2552 all wrestling is derived from anacient greek and egyptian wrestling,not necesarily pancratian which was really nhb and came much later.Theres no real evidence to show sub wrestling existed in england as far back as the tudor era

Iranians and Egyptian were wrestling much earlier than the Greeks. Greeks are just famous because Europeans keep pushing them to prominence due to their cultural heritage on the Europeans.
