HOW IS TALENT SCORED?
There are 4 main parameters that affect Talent Priority Score:
1. Improvement. How much benefit you gain from purchasing this talent. The benefit is seen in collective scope rather than in individual scope.
2. Authenticity. Talent's influence within meta gameplay.
3. Relevance. How often this Talent is used within unit's niche.
4. NP Cost. Is it Talent worth for their NP Cost.
WHAT DO THOSE SCORES MEAN?
5 - Highest Priority. This Talent what molds current meta gameplay and often become core on many strategy build. Must-buy Talent.
4 - High Priority. This Talent significantly improves unit's performance, but not as demanding as Talent in above score.
3 - Medium Priority. Neutral score. Talent is good, but you can survive large portion game without it.
2 - Low Priority. This Talent doesn't stand out much mostly because it is rather situational or has better replacement over them.
1 - Lowest Priority. This Talent is only useful on very specific situation or gives too little benefit that doesn't justify their cost.
0 - DO NOT UNLOCK. This Talent either gives zero improvement or straight up make units worse.
Black Bar - Contextual Talent. This Talent can give positive or negative effect to the unit, depending on your playstyle and circumstance. Score on the black bar reflects on its positive value. Otherwise, it has 0 score.

A 4 second freeze is pretty nice because it gives you a decent window to sneak in a hit from something like slime or cat jobs. It also gives you time for meat shields to recover so enemies have a harder time pushing

I don't really care about the information cuz i don't have this unit. But the music is so great, it make me relax after a whole day of school with 3 exams that pretty sure i will fail bc of the new education system and it make me forget about how i am being use as testing subject in my country

vigler is built more around sniping job. on direct combat or stage that requires tanking, he can be a bit awkward to use. if there is stepping stone, vigler is good. if there is none, well...

i like michelia more. although she is weaker than kenshin, her freeze ability fits better on many stage situations. can't say same thing to kenshin's kb ability

@@SilumanTomcatReborn I kinda like Kenshin more due to her faster TBA. Her KB also works well against Relics in general, since most of them are bulky, boss-type enemies.

@@randomllhuplayer1104 None lol. It's same situation with her against UL Legend TF. You use her as your primary anti-Relic until you can unlock them.

Okay, okay, is somebody going to confirm that Merc Collab is coming back or not? I mean, there's no way so many of those units getting their Gucci TF and collab isn't coming to EN.

It will come back, the question is when. Shoumetsu Toshi got their talents way back in 12.3 but only arrived on EN in 12.6, which is why they're probably coming soon after anniversary.
