There are laws requiring RV parked on the streets to have current plates, which also requires in paid insurance, why are these eye sores not moved? Those shopping carts all are owned by different markets, years ago there were companies that picked them up and got paid to return them. Then if the Dems had the guts to arrest drug dealers and remove the tent cities citizens would love them.
