It´s a great train, capable of 135 mph at normal speed lines and 155 on high speed ones, and that´s not his limit because here in spain are now in trials of a 190 mph capable version with only some changes in the powercars.I hope you get to enjoy this train there in the states because is so fast,stable and comfortable.And beautiful too.We call it patito(little duck)

Talgo, the best train all over the world.....

Ah, good old talgo wheel technology :)

A convectional train runs better than a Talgo train on a bad track, ok... ...but no train should run on a bad track. That's the problem: In your country the railroads doesn't have maintenance. If the tracks are good, a Talgo train will run smoothly, and It will save energy and track maintenance costs, because It's less aggressive with tracks. In Spain these trains runs without problems. PS: don't trash them, other countries would purchase them.

I hope they keep the cascade paint scheme, otherwise I can guarantee it will look ugly The engine is a whole different story, I think they should keep the engines they have in it now because they look great.

Ohhhh, you are soooo Clever! Other trains in the SAME track, run really better. I'm happy they will became trash soon, as they don't run anymore.

I took a similar one and it has very little space inside. Bathrooms are too small inside and no Restaurant at all. Too much noise, vibration and BAD designed Seats. American Designers make better products and safer ones.
