This nail studio organization video was filmed back in January but It’s the first part in an organization series that will slowly go up on my channel! Today we do some basic re-organization of some systems I had implemented in my nail studio. We setup my filming nail desk, we re-organization my filming cart and my nail desk cart!

I know this is an old video and that you've changed so much since then. However can we just appreciate the wealth of information in this video, like seriously mind blown. So detailed, every change made is accompanied by a reason, you tell us where to go, all while assuring us that 'hey what works for you works for you'. Talia, you truly are my inspiration for my studio as well. I have no where near the products you do but it is an absolute MUST for me to be organized as well. I cannot function in any sort of disorganization lol. A good idea for the swatch stick drawer would be to wedge some wood rods lined up horizontally back to front and hang them all up!

Gosh, thank you SOOOOO much for all of your fantastic organizing videos; I cannot tell you how desperately I need them!! My nail "studio" is in my very cramped and cluttered garage (I don't work on anyone's nails but my own but I own enough supplies to open a 1000 foot studio, no lie...shopaholic anyone!?) What can I say, there are just way too many cool things to buy for nails lol. Anyway, your ideas will help me out a bunch to get stuff organized so thank you so much! Keep them coming, they are great! Congratulations on your upcoming baby! You'll probably be too busy soon to record so we'll miss you but enjoy your little bundle of heaven!!!

Love your cute spotted socks Talia, bet you didn't know we could see your feet.....LOL.....LOVE watching how you organise, I am insanly organising and looking like you for storage products as well as sample jars. Great video - i love the re-organization of the filming cart and eeek at the shower rings !!! I bought 100 folder rings but had to stop that method and went to the long screws that lay out like a "hand /gesha fan" changed that method lol I think I'd do a pretty pot of colour swatches - leave them all on the sticks and "plant them " bcuz I'm tired lol Oh What's your views on the ombre sponge tool ? Do you like it ..... if you own one that is. Ok so (I thought that's what i saw( the ombre tool) but realized it was the feet for the tri-pod i think) 😂😂🙄

Hey Talia! Hope you’re feeling well!! Thanks so much for your videos 💜 they are so helpful I have a couple Alex drawer units and am wondering how you avoid losing things in the back where the drawers doesn’t slide out? I use LE and have tried a few things to keep them in place but a few pots seem to slip back. Any tips?

I love your organization!! Everything is so awesome! I love clear bins as well and am going to get some CJS plates soon. I have been using their stamper and LOVE it! I have a random question for you about swatch sticks. Ive seen a tech on KZfaq use curved swatch sticks. They look so pretty and I want to switch to them. she thinks they are Akzentz brand but my friend who sells Akzentz has no clue where to buy them from. So I can’t find them anywhere. Long story short, do you know where these cute little curved swatch stick are from? 😂🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m asking all my nail tech friends but so far no leads. Thanks Talia!

Hello. Maybe to save some materials like nail files, you can give them the materials and they can always bring it with them so you don’t waste so much.

This is not a sanitary way to work. Even files that claim to be washable are porus so technically cannot be properly sanitized. Even if the file is used on the same client, it still needs to be clean before use on them 👍🏻

Im starting my nail tech Journey and I was wondering... When I went to doing my nails I used to use plain black polish bc I didnt have any ideas for deco stuff and THE NAIL TECH DID NOT TELL ME EXAMPLES OR SHOWED ME IDEAS FOR MY NAILS EITHER. So, I was wondering : do u have in hand a few ideas for each client? Do you need to have a few example for the client to see?

I have thousands of examples on my social media for clients to look through. Many of them watch my videos for colour ideas as well. When I first started I had a little book of printed pictures of ideas they could look through before their appointments. I’ve always posted on social media as well, so that was an easy place to direct them to, or I would have little wheels of ideas I could do and wanted to try on clients 😊

Hey just wanted to ask are pregnant ladies are alowed to use UV light? Means can thy gt thr nail done

Yes they can. UV lights omit less UV rays than sunlight and at a different wave length

Yes I did and certain smells bothered me but I worked full time through my whole pregnancy with my first and part time with my second :)

@azlyn no she is prob just having kids late in life but i dont think shes a boomer tho lol. she def gotta be in her mid 40s tho. my sister didnt have her first kid until she was 42 so i know its possible
