Great to see these engines doing what they were made for, in tractive effort they are nothing short compared to a modern truck. But will a modern truck be in such working order in 100 years time?

Nice to see this scale of steam heavy haulage going on on the road with the 3 road locos and what better challenge than the ups and downs of the lake district. Usually the only place you see anything like this is the heavy haulage arena at the GDSF. Hope you can cover any other moves these guys do
