It's about time they finally did this for outside meet and greets. It's been too long since we had Mickey as the first at Disneyland. Will admit, it's going to freak the kids out, who will surely come back to school and say to their friends, "Mickey, Donald and Minnie are real! They talked to me!" Ah, to be that young, innocent and impressionable again.

Ya know something.... In the 40 years I've been a fan attending Disneyland, I recall only seeing Donald with a hat once and that was back in 1982. He's frequently without a hat.

You can also see talking Mickey Mouse at Disney World inside a building at Magic Kingdom! I've never seen the talking Mickey before, but I REALLY WANT TO!!!!

I hope this doesn't become a thing throughout the parks. Like, maybe one or two talking meet and greets total? I've never really enjoyed meeting talking Mickey but I love meeting the characters the way they are.

yeah i prefer the non talking Mickey/Minnie etc! you can talk to them about much more! like for example at Disneyland Paris i was meeting minnie and she liked my Tower of Terror lanyard and kept pointing at it and i was able to talk about the Tower to her!
