In this episode I talk about my experience with Slipping Rib Syndrome, symptoms/how it feels, finally getting a diagnosis, my treatment, basically the whole shebang of it. I did this in mostly one take so hopefully it's not the worst but I did go through and edit out my sniffles and heavy deep breaths as best I could lol.
