They speak English well. However, in fact, most of them can't speak English, but they can imitate English pronunciation because they are impersonators!

Konnichiwa, Joy-chan! 🤗 This was shown on a Japanese impersonation program, and in Japan there are many impersonators and they are always competing. If you translate it directly into English, it will have a bad meaning in Japanese, but the correct way to say it in Japanese is "monomane". I learned this song in my English class when I was in high school, and it became my favorite song.
